The living room has a television, satellite reception and Internet.Above the living room and up a ship-style ladder find a loft with a double bed. The loft is comfortable and suitable for older children and adults alike.

A shower bathroom is located off the living room.

The master bedroom is comfortable and serene — with the windows open, you can hear the ocean come in and out at any time of the day. This bedroom has a king bed and a private half bath with a washer.

A large, ancient hardwood tree, which grows literally on the water's edge, provides shade from the summer sun and hammock chairs sway from its branches. These chairs provide a perfect place to read or nap — you hear the winds rustling the leaves, maybe the sound of a lobster boat in the distance and the water lapping the shore.
