Watch the whales, seals, and explore tide pools. Activities available: kayaking (included), surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, beach walks, beach volley ball and beach football. Complete entertainment system including 4 flat screen TV's, Fios cable and WIFI, and stereo system. Master bedroom has huge private deck with retractable awnings and large soaker tub for 2. Outdoor fireplace, BBQ and outdoor sheltered dining area. Great get away for a romantic week or family vacation. Large oceanfront patio great for entertaining. Located on Malibu's exclusive Broadbeach--playground to Hollywood's elite, the property is surrounded by greenery and very private.

1 week minimum rental rate

Strictly a non-smoking facility. Smoking inside the property is grounds for automatic forfeiture of security deposit. You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation, and the leaseholder must occupy the property for the duration of the lease. Non-chaperoned groups are not allowed. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be evicted immediately without refund.
