Our newly renovated, Luxury Condo is located on Siesta Key just a half mile north of the Stickney Point Bridge. The location is ideal for easy access on and off the Key as well as its proximity to dining and shopping. We are situated near over 20 golf courses, the downtown Sarasota cultural center and a host of other attractions and activities. On site amenities include: Two heated pools, barbeque grills, brand new exercise rooms complete with treadmills, saunas, tennis courts lit for evening play, two clubhouses, as well as an expansive fishing pier directly on the Intercoastal Waterway. Onsite staff are available for your needs 24 hours a day. Clerical assistance includes fax service, copy machines and notary service. There is also maintenance and housekeeping available. This is a NON-Smoking unit. No pets allowed.
Best Beach in the Country: This unit is located directly across the street from the turquoise blue waters and powder white sand of the famous Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. This beach has recently been named best beach in America. One of the reasons is that the sand is almost pure quartz. The water is crystal clear just like the caribbean with hardly any waves. You can walk for miles and enjoy the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see. As a matter of fact, sunsets are an activity at this beach. Be sure to pack the cooler and head out for your perfect viewing site.
Luxury meets Contemporary: We are on the 5th floor giving us spectacular views of the intercoastal waterway, downtown Sarasota and beyond. Be sure to set aside some time each day to enjoy the scenery. Everything from the floors to the ceiling has been redone. We are set with all the conveniences you would want. There is some office space, wireless internet and a printer for those of you who can't leave it all behind; or if you want just sit at the desk and gaze out the window. There are partial gulf views from the bedrooms as well. We spared nothing while creating our dream vacation spot at the beach.
Location, Location, Location!: We love being on the bayside just steps from the pool, the fishing pier, BBQ and best of all, tranquility. This unit faces east making it ideal to catch a peek of the morning sunrise and keep it cool throughout the day. We are a corner unit so both bedrooms have nice big windows to catch a glimpse of the gulf.
After living in Sarasota for 12 years the time had come to move on to the next great adventure. Well, it only took a few years to realize what a great place it was and how much it was missed. So, here we are back in the sunshine even if for only brief visits. Peppertree Bay was the perfect place to secure our little piece of heaven. The staff is fantastic and the grounds are meticulous.
The Bay AND Beach choices are perfect for having the best of both worlds. The View from the Master Bedroom and Living Room are spectacular! There is a peek of the Gulf from the Guest Bedroom. This location is a very convenient location for quick exit off the Key. There are facilities on both sides to offer everyone the amenities they are always searching for. 24hr on site management and security.
Peppertree Bay is centrally located an easy 6 mile drive from Sarasota Airport, 55 minutes from Tampa Airport and 90 minutes from Fort Meyer's Airport. The condo is only a half mile from the South bridge which facilitates an easy trip on and off Siesta Key if you choose to leave. This unit is located in a six story building with elevator. It is the first building on the bay side. The tennis courts are just across the street and the Gulf of Mexico is a short walk past the tennis courts. You are within 1/2 mile walk to the south end of Siesta Key where you can find a market, drug store and great restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You are one mile to the public beach and 2 miles to the village where you can find some great local buys along with a large slection of clubs, restaurants and shops. This is a MOST desirable location on the best beach in the Country.
