tHE LISTING WAS NOT AN DISCRIPTION. THE PHOTOS WERE NOT ACCURATE. PROPERTY WAS DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT HELPFUL NOR RESOURCEFUL. I WILL NEVER RETURN, NOR DO I RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMIES. This property is abondoned! It is a big home with NO proper air conditioning. You will not enjoy your stay with that heat. So you walk out to the pool but the mosquitoes will drag you back in to a restless night. We booked a week and regretted every minute of it. Management was NO help. Our stay was long and sad, only because they demanded payment in full. NEVER AGAIN.

Owner's Response: I am truly sorry about how you felt staying at our property here in Manzanillo. As you see you are the only review that has felt this way about us and our property. I will answer your comments one by one.
You are right, our photos are not accurate do to the fact that the have been taken by a mere iPhone. We are about to have a professional photographer take our new pictures to go along with our new website that is currently under construction. I must say though that our property will actually look better when proffecional pictures are taken.
Our property is properly, and thoroughly cleaned before guest arrival, if there is a problem or complaint with the cleaning we do not hesitate to call in more cleaners since really we don't mind at all labor is quite cheap here in Mexico.
We try to be as helpful as we possibly can. Of coarse there are limits to what we can do, (such as weather, mosquitoes, and unforeseen occurrences) but anything that is in our power we will do it.
There were many of you in your party, about 25 of you if I'm not mistaken and the one who signed the contract and booked our property, your brother Carlos. Later expressed his gratitude. To my father for all his help.
The property is not abandoned, it is secluded, as you saw we have many workers and my father as a property manager, that ppl seem to love and are very happy with him. If he is not there, I am as our other reviews have expressed me (Frankie) by name.
Unfortunately, and unforseen, yes, our faithful AC unit went caput! But immediately we had a new one installed. It was the dead of summer during your stay. I live out here with no AC and I actually get cold at night with the ocean breeze. I am from Hawaii and you are from Chicago so we will not compare. Has mentioned we did immediately replace it.
We do fumigate, and during the summer the Mosquitos are at their finest! We are in a very tropical enviornment with all it's elements.
Sorry you regretted your stay, although your review was very negative. We take constructive criticism and it helps us in other ways. Especially to see how everyone sees things differently. Our goal is to please all of our guests and we will do everything in our power to do so. Being in the service industry for 10 years and still going I know it's impossible to please all but we will always fight to do so.
