I have just returned along with my family and 8 others after renting the property. The only way i can sum up the accommodation is outstanding. The complex itself is stunning with beautifully kept houses and very friendly gate staff, the only downside was the fact that we could not access the communal pool and gym as no one was taking calls. However, that said the house itself is amazing, very spacious and well kept. It's location is brilliant as everything we went for was within easy reach (after finally mastering the American road systems!)
The description of games room is a little misleading as it is in fact the garage, however it was brilliant and a fair gew games of pool and football were had.
When we arrived, and after the initial overwhelming impression it was noticed that the house wasn't as spotless as it could have been, the carpets were in dire need of cleaning, yet there was no vaccuum cleaner provided and on closer inspection one of the rings on the cooker did not work. The house is in need of having extra cleaning materials such as vaccuum, mop bucket ets added, but we did leave the latter!! Going straight out of the complex along osceola parkway there are a lot of eating places and takeaways as well as a wall mart, which is a big asda, but so so much better clothing was cheaper there than at the malls. Hiring a car is really an essential thing to do as everything over there is so far away, we were told by one restaurant for example that they were just down the road, in fact they were over forty five minutes away, but that is there impression of nearby.
All in all despite the little things mentioned we all had a fantastic time and will certainly be using the house again.
Owner's Response: We were pleased to hear that our guests enjoyed their stay at our villa. We have found that most villas have their games room situated in the garage, as this frees up the rest of house without using another room for this purpose. We have contacted our management company to ensure that the villa is cleaned to a higher standard and to ensure that items are replaced for the day to day running of the house. We have found that most people enjoy the games room and the swimming pool in the villa without the need to use the communal area, as it has only very limited facilities. We look forward to our guests staying again next year.
