Home is even more impressive than pictures show!

Hi Paul,
I'm writing this email from my iPhone, 11 hours before we reluctantly check out of your beautiful and ever-so-comfortable home. I could not go to sleep tonight without thanking you from the bottom of my heart, for allowing two families to really vacation TOGETHER. The other options that we looked into would have had us rushing through our days at the parks, and going back separately to hotel rooms or individual condos. Our days and nights were jam-packed but we were able to truly vacation together, as we looked forward to "coming home" at the end of a long day, Subway or Dominoes Pizza in hand, to sit around the kitchen table and breakfast bar, discussing our adventures of that day, and how early we had to get up the next day (groan!). Likewise, breakfasts together before our busy days, under one roof (in such grand surroundings) added to the adventure and allowed two close families to experience a very special vacation as one big family. The pool table was a big hit, and the pool was so wonderful, on the few occasions we had to use it. Watching the kids and one of the adults relax in the pool, chatting poolside with my friend and one of my daughters, as I sipped some wine with my feet up on the chaise lounge, gave me pause as I realized "so this what relaxation must feel like".
It is truly with a heavy heart that we leave your welcoming home (with plenty of towels and hangers, I need not have worried!). I have never rented a home for a vacation, and I know there must be lots of horror stories out there, with unscrupulous folks misrepresenting their accommodations. But from the moment I first spoke to you, I instinctively felt that you were a "good guy", and you surely did not disappoint. You allowed two families with 3 teens and one preteen, to share in the vacation of a lifetime. Truly, I am emotional as I type this all with my thumb on my iPhone, because I could not wait to express all of our gratitude to you.
Thank you, Paul and family, for a vacation where "dreams really did come true", as Disney says.
