Spacious living room, dining area, complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Bedroom with queen-size bed, spare room with sofa-bed and desk. Bathroom with deep bath, shower head and heated floor. Hardwood floors, brick walls and stone walls exposed. Contemporary art work and halogen lights throughout. Bosch automatic espresso machine , dishwasher, TV, DVD, hi-fi stereo system, washer and dryer, A/C, nothing missing. BIXI bicycle station, metro stations and train station close by. For the automobilist, parking outside and access to the highway is just two blocks away. Ideal for two people, possibility for four. Historical building belonging to the prestigious Shaughnessy Village.
This apartment far exceeded our expectations. The property itself was exactly as depicted. A short walk to the Bell Centre, St. Catherine St and grocery stores, the location was perfect for getting around Montreal. The landlord was incredibly helpful and always available.
This apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet but very central location just minutes from St. Catherine's St. We loved visiting Old Montreal, hiking up Mont Royal and enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in downtown Montreal. I would recommend this property to others.
This is a lovely apartment in very convenient location on the western side of Montreal's central business district. The pictures accurately depict the apartment. It is clean, comfortable, very well furnished and stocked. The large living room and well-equipped kitchen made it very easy for us to entertain dinner guests several times during our visit. The description is accurate and complete. While the apartment is very private, the owner is on site and she is very friendly and helpful. It is on a quiet, one-way street but an excellent shopping mall, entertainment center and huge supermarket are just over three blocks away, as is a major metro station and bus transfer point. It is very easy to get any place in the city. Unmetered street parking is available if one drives. I strongly recommend this apartment. We will gladly stay there again when we are in Montreal.
