Layan Gardens is one of Phukets premium developments with 40 luxury apartments in five buildings on six acres. It is located on the hillside overlooking the Andaman Sea and above Laguna Phuket, Asia's finest destination resort. It has a perfect combination of a peaceful and tranquil setting positioned above one of the world's best beaches on an island with something for everyone.

The Apartment: This apartment has a spacious (212 square meters) open feeling with three meter ceilings and beautiful garden views. The open architecture provides an inviting living area including: a fully equipped kitchen, a TV den area, a dining area that seats 8, and a huge living area with slide away windows that open onto a large covered deck (64 square meters) overlooking the manicured gardens. The apartment is fully equipped with wireless broadband internet, western style kitchen, air conditioning and fans throughout. The property has a daytime staffed office with daily maid service available.

The Grounds: The beautifully landscaped grounds have four swimming pools including a large 40 meter pool, and three smaller pools appropriate for children and small gatherings. The pool area has an outside bar perfect for small parties with two barbecue and dining salas. Below the pool is a Blue Canyon Golf Club designed and maintained putting green with chipping and bunker facilities. There is also a tennis court with a sala covered sitting area. Life doesn't get much better than this!

The Neighborhood: Layan Gardens is located just outside the little village of Choeng Thale which surrounds the Laguna Resort Complex. In the village you will find most of the services you might wish including: groceries, drug store, restaurants, pubs, and art and antique shopping. There are several spas that offer excellent and very reasonably priced Thai and Western massages along with other spa services. The Laguna Phuket resort complex includes six major hotels attractively spread across 1,000 acres of tropical parkland along an eight kilometer stretch of pristine beach on Bang Tao Bay. Excellent stay in Layan Gardens!!

My friends and I have just returned from a 6 night stay over Easter in Layan Gardens and I thought I should post a review in case anybody was considering staying here. I would DEFINITELY recommend it!! The accommodation is huge and really made our stay that much better. We only had one pool day, but again there were plenty of deck chairs and it was really quiet. Location wise, if you're wanting a nice quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle then this is for you. Layan Beach is only a 15min walk away (or 300 baht in a taxi) - it was practically deserted and perfect for R&R! In terms of restaurants, you do have to get taxis everywhere (which can be a bit more expensive going further afield or returning from a night out in Patong) but overall I would rate our stay a solid 9/10. We will definitely be back..thank you very much for our stay! Dominic, Hong Kong

Spectacular apartment in a wonderful place!!!

Me and My family spent our Christmas Holidays in this apartment.
We did not want to leave it. It's enormous , very well furnished , decorated and clean.
It is located in a 5 star complex with a stunning swimming pool.
Any area of the house was provided of A/C. The personel of the complex was really helpful and friendly.
The house is just 15 min far from the airport and 10 minutes far (by car) to Nao Thang Beach that is really quite and nice and offer everything you may need to have a great holiday.
I will be definitely back to this apartment next time I visit Phuket!
