4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, sleeps 8

Beautifully appointed art-filled home with 4 br and 4.5 baths, located in the Landfall area, with access to beautiful bay beach just at the end of street. The house has an open floor plan with double height living room and open kitchen.

Living Room & Master bedroom open up to large mahogany deck which overlooks pool & garden. The deck has an electronic awning which provides shade on sunny days and shelter on rainy ones. Three (3) additional bedrooms makes this a perfect home for a family.

2 bedrooms on upper level, each with private baths en suite. Bedroom on lower level has separate bath and is perfect for the teenager or nanny.

Amenities include a 50 foot heated lap pool, fireplace, and large entertainment space on the lower level with wet bar. Large family table can hold up up to 12 for dinner! A wonderful home which provides everyone with privacy.

We are on a corner lot. We face a reserve in front & rear, so it feels quite secluded.

Our Home: Wonderful home which feels grand yet is very cozy.

The kitchen is well-equipped with fine appliances including a wine cooler & Nespresso machine. Vintage Russel Wright dishes add charm to home dining.

Swim laps in the 60 foot pool or get cozy in front of the fire.

The main floor has kitchen, dining, great room with fire place, powder room & Master Bedroom wth marble master bath en suite. Living & Master open up large deck which overlooks the long pool & woods.

Upstairs there are 2 guests rooms (1 has Queen, 1 has 2 Doubles), each with private bath.

Downstairs there is a smaller bedroom (double bed), separate bath, entertainment center, and wet bar with sub-zero fridge. Great for entertaining!

Landfall : This private community is located in the NorthWest woods of East Hampton near Gardiner's Bay and Cedar Park. It is equidistant to East Hampton Village, Amagansett and Sag Harbor. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, it is always quiet and always beautiful.

Decor: Designer furniture includes pieces from Poltrona Frau, Dakota Jackson, Dialogica, George Nelson, Ray Eames. Lighting by Ingo Maurer, Flos, and others. Nice linens throughout.

There is a Fisher & Paykel washer & dryer - or a Breeze Catcher if you prefer to dry green.

We are a pet-friendly home.

We (4 adults & 6yo) had a fabulous time staying here for a week mid July, the house and grounds are beautiful and very clean, high quality finishes, accessories and appointments.

This is a very comfortable home with great spaces to share with the family, dining deck, media room, beautiful garden and an AWESOME pool. Very easy stroll to sandy sheltered beach, excellent cycling, and easy drive into town (if you have to).

Naomi was a very gracious host and made the experience very easy.

The Perfect Retreat

I spent a lovely month at this house. I was looking for a retreat, a place I could go to on weekends and relax. This home was perfectly situated for the escape I had in mind.

To begin, the house itself was beautifully and thoughtfully-appointed. The moment I walked through the door, I fell in love with the decor and the layout, and I hadn't even seen the outdoor spaces yet (it was night time). The owners had everything there that a guest would need and then some (they were happy for me to use their grill, bikes, patio furniture, pretty much everything). The location of their home is secluded and private (perfect for a peaceful getaway), and a short walk from the beach. A typical day for me started out with breakfast, a walk to the beach, a little lunch, a jaunt around nearby East Hampton or Sag Harbor, making dinner at a leisurely pace, and finally settling down to a movie via AppleTV. When I had friends out with me, we'd play games by the fireplace, or embark on a night walk to the beach (the amount of stars you can see in the sky was captivating). There was, as you can probably tell, a lot of lazing around and cozying up in the living room or den. I truly had the best time out there.

The owners were wonderful to work with. They replied to emails swiftly and were clear with their directions on how to use different things/appliances in their house. and passed on information on organized nature walks, popular bike routes in the area, art exhibitions, talks, etc. In essence, they were anxious that I (and my guests) would have a wonderful time in their home. They were, in short, the perfect "hosts". Thank you for the perfect winter getaway!
