Exquisite contemporary condominium with window walls throughout, offering extraordinary, 180 degrees panoramic water views of the New Haven Harbor, Long Island Sound and, on clear days, Long Island. The beautifully furnished living room (with a piano) features a fireplace and has a 2-story view of the water. From a long balcony you can watch a beautiful sun rise, the harbor and the marina. There are two bedrooms available, with 2.5 baths; the master bedroom also has a spectacular, floor to ceiling view of the water, with a Jacuzzi, from which you can watch the boats sail by (while sipping a glass of champagne). Guest bedroom features a Palladian window with great water views as well. The condo comes with one parking space in the underground garage; a second space can be made available, if necessary.

It is a city full of culture, with two outstanding museums, great theaters, including the famous and historic Long Wharf Theater, many excellent restaurants and lots of things to do. A charming waterfront restaurant and a marina are immediately next door.

Several golf courses and tennis courts are in the area. Each August the New Haven Open Tennis Tournament at Yale attracts world famous tennis stars.

Easy access to the highway, to explore the various parts of charming and historic Connecticut and travel easily to New York and Boston.
