Approached by a small country track, this traditional Tuscan stone house occupies a wonderful hilltop setting with magnificent far-reaching mountain views, where seclusion and tranquillity are assured. The swimming pool terrace is set up a few steps just behind the villa, affording wonderful views over the valley, and backing onto woodland, which there is natural shade for those hot lazy afternoons. For the more active, there are outdoor games such as petanque and table tennis. Only a few minutes drive from the nearest restaurant, and within easy reach for visiting the hilltop towns of Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Arezzo.
