Just something that bothers...

First of all let me say that the place is very nice, clean and equipped. Right on the beach...
On the other hand, the Realtor will charge you another 3% if you paid with major credit card, so have a money order ready if you don't wish to paid extra.
Don't plan to stay more than a couple of days, the owner have all closets, wardrobes, and drawers full of their personal things, so there is barely space for yours.
If your party is larger than 2 people, prepare to move some of the furniture outside, it takes so much space that is very difficult for more than 2 person to fit right in the LIVING ROOM!
Very impersonal, I prefer to deal directly with the owner instead don't count with the Realtor if you need something or report anything...you won't find them.
Like I said, Just somethings that bother...
Owner's Response: Hi Alejandro, I'm sorry to hear this. But I
have to agree with your opinion, first, the
things that are in closets, drawers, etc. are
for the guests use. We have had parties of 6
people and personally have had 12 family
members staying at the same time with us and
there was no problem with space and also on my
HomeAway page there are pictures of the inside
of the property for you to see if it is the
right size for you and if it was to your
liking. If you could not contact the real
estate agent, you should have contacted me,
that is why I give you my email and phone
numbers on every email I send, most of my
tenants always give me a call to resolve any
situations they have, I always answer emails
and phone calls and solve their problems. We
have never had a tenant who had these problems.
Sorry you had some drawbacks, but I was never
notified of the situation, therefore, I could
not call you and help you love your stay.
