The Casa Grande Hotel Condominium is located at 834 Ocean Drive in South Beach directly across the street from the Beach...which makes this property a truly Prime Location. Restuarants, Shopping and Clubs are out the front door and all the major South Beach destinations are a short walk away.

I offer Two Units at the Casa Grande:

1-One Bedroom Suite which is 700 Square Feet with One Queen Bed and Two Queen Sofa Beds. The Unit is at the rear of the building so it is quiet, but bright and spacious.

2-Studio Suite which is 650 Square Feet with Two Queen Beds and One Queen Sofa Bed. This Unit is on the side of the Building facing South. Quiet and very spacious.

Both Apartments have Full Kitchens, Free WiFi; Bed Linens, Bath and Beach Towels, Beach Chairs and Umbrella are provided.

Great Location

My friend and I checked in on Tuesday and loved the studio room with two queen Beds we didn't want to leave on a Friday so we switched condos on Friday A.D. checked out Sunday. Lee was awesome the rooms were great I would definitely stay at casa grande again.

Best choice in South Beach

Lee's apart is excellent in every perspective. It is really well located (close to the hottest spots, walking distance to many great stores at Collins Ave), huge (for two girls and many, many baggages and shopping bags), fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay (think about something, you will find it there - including ice in the fridge!). Right on Ocean Drive and no noises coming in. A sort of a miracle.

I was positively surprised, since I stayed in other properties before (like NYC and Santiago de Chile) and this was by far the best experience.

But the main thing is that Lee and his team are 100% available for anything you may need. Courtesy and professionalism are key for me and they are a reference for those skills. The deposit was refunded less than 24 hours after we left.

I can't wait to get back! :)

Awesome!

The place was awesome. Everything we wanted to see in South Beach was within walking distance or a short driving distance away. Just a few steps to the beach. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Never any problems with noise or traffic. It was much better than staying in a cramped hotel room. The owner Lee and his Assistant Alex were helpful and friendly. I would defintely go back to this place if I am in Miami again.

Fantastic accommodations at the Case Grande. Beautiful One bedroom Suite right on Ocean Drive between 8th and 9th. Steps from the beach. Lovely apartment. Lee Baron takes good care of the guests with fast, easy communication.

I will stay here again.

I just returned home a few hours ago from a 7 day stay at the Casa Grande and I must say that although I visit the South Beach area every yr around this time; this was the best hotel stay I've had this far. The unit looks exactly as its advertised in the pictures and it was more than convient as it was in the very heart of South Beach. I would recommend that anyone whose visiting the South Beach area soon stay at this property. The owner was very nice and not to mention the price is very reasonable, I will def be staying here again for my return trip.
