If you want the convenience of a short one block walk to the beach without the high beach front price, this is definitely the place for you. For those times you do want to explore the island, the multitude of restaurants, souvenir shops and night life are just a short walk away. Centrally located on the 2nd floor above a medical clinic.

This brand new 1300 sq foot, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo can comfortably hold up to 4 people. Both bedrooms have queen beds with brand new furniture. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

The beach is in close proximity, just a short stroll down the block.
