Large waterfront home with spectacular views. Quiet neighborhood area with private path to 7 MILES OF BEACH. Two king size bedrooms, one queen and two bedrooms with 2 twins each. Large dining area both inside and out to accommodate large groups. Family theater room with salt water fish tank, 100 inch movie screen and dart board. Laundry, bath and king BR also in lower level. Main floor has dining, living,kitchen, bedroom and 1/2 bath. Third floor has 3 BR, 2 full Baths and a deck off master suite. Hard floor and tile throughout. Outdoor area offers 8 person hot tub, fire pit, large deck with two tables to seat 10 along with grill for outdoor cooking. Pine Point beach is an amazing beach, clean and beautiful. Low tide offers an incredible sand bar for treasure hunting and great surface for running or walking. Sailing, lobster boat tours, kayaking, wind surfing, paddle boarding, surfing, and boogie boarding are all right out the front door.

We are located in Pine Point at the mouth of the Scarborough River and Pine Point Beach. Three miles down the beach you will find Old Orchard town center with an amusement park, golf, nightly entertainment and the OOB pier. Saco is eight miles away with two water parks, funtown amusement park, IMax cinema and Monkey Trunks. Twelve miles north is Portland, Maine's largest city and working waterfront, where you will find the Old Port area. Cobblestone streets are lined with shops, terrific restaurants, ferry rides to nearby islands, whale watching and deep sea fishing as well as museums, the symphony and multiple art galleries. Just north is Freeport, home of LL Bean and many other famous outlet stores. Short daytrips will take you to the lovely seacoast villages of Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Boothbay Harbor, Camden and the mountains of Maine and New Hampshire for beautiful autumn foliage tours in the Fall.

A piece of paradise!!

If you are looking for a spot to unwind and relax but also have the comforts of home...this is the place for you!! The location is amazing. You can sit on the deck for hours and watch the beauty that high tide and low tide can bring and amazing sunsets. You can walk a few hundred feet down the beach path and see windsurfers and sailors, walk to the sandbar during low tide and fish...all in a quiet private beach area. The house is fully equipped with the latest technology (Tv and Internet) and Hot tub. There are 3 levels to this beautiful home--plenty of space!!! You are close to fun for the kids (Old Orchard, Saco, Scarboro) and fun for the adults (Portland). Every day is a great day at this beautiful home. (PS>>the owners are amazingly nice people!)

Wonderful Experience

The pictures provided simply do not due justice to the very Maine panoramic views!! The views alone highlight the essence of Maine with the running tides, lobster boats, and fish jumping as you relax on the spacious decks. The home itself is very clean,with ample room and a very friendly atmosphere. The open space concept and large dining room table allows for a great atmosphere for sharing the day's experiences. Bayley's is in walking distance for lobster, clams and other fresh seafood and other eateries are easily close by. If the weather is inclement , you are very close to Portland to take in this city's many attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and very relaxing. I have stayed at this property for three years and simply love it.
