She likes to cook dishes from different countries such as Trinidad, India and Italy. She enjoys trying new dishes from all over the world. She is known as ‘the purple lady’ since she is in love with purple-whether it’s her purse or a room in her house, you will always see purple. Now as mother of five (!), Angie is one busy lady. She loves the beaches, the mountains and the year round summer on St. John and is proud of the consistent high level of quality and services her VIVA team provides our island visitors every day.
