Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 6.

This cabin has all the amenities. WiFi and cable TV throughout. There is a large deck overlooking our fabulous private trout stream for flyfishing only during the season. Close to major down-hill and cross-country skiing and hiking. Great restaurants in our small town (Phonecia) that is only minutes away. The home sits on 3 acres but is surrounded by state land with thousands of more acres to roam.

Beautiful streamside home in a gorgeous 3 acre setting in the Catskills outside Phonecia, New York. Sleeps 6 maximum. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with twin beds. Living room has a pull out couch. WiFi throughout plus Cable TVs. Huge deck with Weber grills overlooks a private trout stream for flyfishing only. Indoor porch has two twin bed but is heated with an electric space heater.

Things to do include skiing at Bellaere or Hunter mountain, cross country skiing near Hunter/Tannersville or Belleare, which is free. Trout fishing, during the season, is fantastic just outside our door. Hunting is only minutes away on State land. Hiking is everywhere and there state trails at the end of the valley.

It's easy shop or go the numerous restaurnts in town.

Notes: We have two cats who come with us when we spend time at that house, so people allergic to cats please take note. We clean curtains and make sure furniture is clear of cat hair but the sever allergic may have a problem. Renter dogs are welcome but must be picked up after and kept on a leash when off our property. This is for the dog's safety.

Wonderful place to stay in Phoenicia

What a wonderful little place tucked into the woods of Phoenicia. I normally go to Phoenicia for the tubing but this place is so comfortable we spent most of our time on the back deck looking at the landscape of trees and river. There is a private swimming hole in the back yard which is very special. Wifi and cel phone reception was a challenge but regarding cel phones that is the norm all over town. The house was perfect with all amenities as advertised. It was very spacious which is perfect for a group of friends or families to enjoy dinners at the house. Joseph the owner was kind and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place.
