Where do I start? WOW! There isn't enough space allowed here to say it all. We are already missing everything about this home, the area, and have only been gone a week. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. This home is outstanding, a 5 star plus. We have rented several homes before but this one has been the best yet. The pictures do not do it justice. We knew it was going to be hard finding a pet friendly home that would be nice, clean, well maintained, & in the Davenport area, that we have grown to love & feel at home in, but we did and we hit the jackpot with this home. The neighborhood is so peaceful, quiet & beautiful. We felt so safe here while walking the dogs before & after dark. And the property management, (Jeff, Elaine, & Kevin) well, they are super nice & so helpful. They accommodated us with all of our request. We truly miss them. They don't know it but they were like a second family to us. Hard to find now a days! We had a lengthy vacation (1/7 - 3/24) that was so needed due to the entire year of 2011 being spent coping with family illnesses (cancer, dementia) & the loss of my father in law. Time passed quickly but we couldn't have chosen a better home or management. The property is well maintained & kept clean inside & out, and all the maintenance employees are very nice & courteous. No bugs or bites at this home! My husband found a new friend in Mark, who cleans the pool exceptionally well I must say, and knows what he is doing. They even exchanged phone #'s. The kids loved it & there are plenty of pool towels. Now inside the home well to say it is nice would not be enough. We couldn't believe how spacious the home is. Plenty of room everywhere. Nicely decorated & so clean. The master king bedroom is luxurious & so nice to come home to after a long day @ Disney. Most of the time away from home, I wake up with an aching back, but not here. And the closet & bath in this room is humongous! There is DVR in the family room & the wireless internet was a plus with homeschooling. Very close to Disney with I-4 & Hwy.27. McDonald's, Dunken doughnuts, Walgreens, & Publix are 5 - 8 minutes away, yet we wasn't in the noise & chaos of town. This home is in the perfect spot. We will definitely recommend this home to friends & family and hope to book it for any future vacations. Thank you, Jeff, Elaine, & Kevin for all your help and hard work.
