Our furnished apartment is located in the San Isidro district, it has everything you may need during your stay in Lima, with affordable, weekly and monthly rates. We have the best Location and Value in the market.

Our 2 bedroom apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. It is located in a 4 story building, on a small and quiet street, right next to one of the biggest parks in Lima, El Bosque Olivar - known as El Olivar.

The 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished, it has a queen size bed on the master bedroom and a doble size bed on the second bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen with all appliances, dining area and living room with a 42 inches Plasma TV. Linen and towels are provided.

Wireless internet works in the apartment with no extra fee.

Area Info: The building is located on the best and safest parts of Lima, San Isidro district. Close to supermarkets, convenience stores, public transportation, restaurants, cinemas, park, golf club and the San Isidro business area. And all within walking distance from your apartment!!!

Our apartment is located in the heart of San Isidro, a green zone area!

San Isidro is a mix of beauty - the old and exclusive residential areas with a touch of super elegancy of the contemporary buildings. Nowadays San Isidro is the major centre for business and financial institutions.

El Olivar was created by the Count of San Isidro around 1560. This park is a super place of charm and beauty. It is one of the best and prettiest parks in Lima.

We dress each bed with quality white cotton linen of 400 threads. Included in the price is a weekly cleaning service, and linen/towels are changed at the same time.

Wonderful stay in San Isidro

We stayed in Lily's apartment for 17 nights and it was a really great experience. Lily met us at the apt. even though we arrived late. She was very helpful and would answer our email question very promptly. The place is just as is advertised, well maintained, very spacious, clean and light filled. It's on a small street which is very quiet and safe. There are 2 grocery stores and many restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apt. It's a wonderful location because the neighborhood is safe and very upscale and you can walk to Miraflores and to the ocean from the apt.

We would certainly recommend the apt to anyone who is thinking of visiting Lima.
