Spoil Yourself in this one of a kind ocean front paradise with a wraparound balcony hanging over the ocean at the front and what seems like a 'private' sandy swimming beach at the side. A truly priceless location with extensive upgrades and new Air Conditioning (a much needed rarity in West Maui Condos.)

All recently remodeled and heavily upgraded with beautiful granite counters in the kitchen and baths, feaux-stone tile floors, custom tile work in the showers, flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Living area is downstairs with 1/2 bath while upstairs the bedrooms each have their own full baths. Included is a well supplied kitchen, upgraded linens (including beach towels) (baths come with hair dryer). There are common gas bar-b-q's just down our steps.

Nothing else like this in Maui. Wake up to an ocean view before even lifting your head off of the pillow. Views of Islands Molokai and Lanai from living room and master bedroom. Watch the turtles year round and the whales jumping in the winter right from the living room and balconies . The condo is very private as it is an end unit with neighbors only to one side.

This most incredible place to stay in Maui was our non personal second home and we just put it back into rental. Everyone who stays here says 'Wow' There really is no place like this right on the water! What a Gem!

If you want to relax and not be bothered by anything this is the place to stay. Wonderful location in a secluded very private complex. Everything was provided for in the condo as far as kitchen supplies that we used to make wonderful meals, luxurious linens, comfortable furnishings. We had the best snorkeling at the beach out front from all the other beaches we visited. We saw beautiful fish, eels, octopus and swam with turtles. Centrally located to drive from all points on the island. Lynn's list of sight seeing and restaurants was invaluable. Our family now has some wonderful memories from this trip and will be returning very soon for a much longer stay.

My family could not have dreamed up a better location to get away from the rainy northwest in March. Condo was nicely appointed with all the amenities to make a week's stay as comfortable as possible. The only way to be more "ocean front" than this condo is to be floating on the water...the deck literally extends out over the water. Incredible experience. Having beach towels, boogey boards, etc...already there makes packing for Hawaii much less cumbersome. For local food, we couldn't beat Mamma's Ribs and Chicken just a few blocks away. I can highly recommend this condo to any family of four, or couple, looking for an authentic Hawaii oceanfront experience.

Everything was as advertised for this unit. I could not think of another unit that better ocean views. The waves coming ashore made for some wonderful sleeping. The unit has air conditioning but the cool breeze frm the ocean kept the unit quite comfortable. The best part of this experience was the owners who made sure that your needs were thought of in advance. Then they would follow up and double check to make sure they hadn't missed anything. Even the sea turtle directly below your balcony seemed to be asking to be your friends as well.. This was all topped of with a very private beach to enjoy.

This unit lived up to every expectation and was a perfect "home base" for day trips around the island; close to restaurants, shopping, golf, and obviously the beach. This is easily the prime location in the complex, with views that are even more breathtaking than the photos suggest. Lynn's very thorough primer of travel tips for the area was very helpful for Maui first-timers and her recommendations were all in good taste. Making rental arrangements was a snap, and we were afforded a late checkout to accommodate our flight. A great place for a great family vacation!

Spectacular Setting - No Amenities Spared!

The description is definitely on point and not an exaggeration in any way. The pictures the owners post are beautiful, however, the ambiance and beauty of the surrounding waters and beaches cannot be captured in a photo. It's all here, you just have to take the plunge! Pristine beach for swimming or snorkeling within a few feet from the unit, and the most amazing views of the water, islands, turtles (and fish) right from the deck. We cannot wait to go back!

Thanks, Lynn, for all the tips on local restaurants and activities - it helped keep us motivated and see the sites!
