We enjoyed having Kristi and her family. They were able to enjoy the peak of our annual "turning of the leaves" in New England. The weather was wonderful as I recollect. A beautiful time to be in Boston. There is more history per square mile in Boston than any other place in the country and the trolley tour is a wonderful way to see it all. You are able to get off at any of the places of interest and when you are through seeing the sights, you are able catch a ride with the next frequently, scheduled trolley. A car is not needed because we have such a wonderful transit system with in a short walk from our condo. But if you do have a car, we offer free, off-street parking. We are glad to offer all the comforts of home.
My husband's profession has afforded us the opportunity to travel as well as live in different parts of the country. We chose to settle in the Lower Mills community of Boston for the quiet and quaint feeling yet still be a part of the life of Boston. The fact that we have 3 wonderful grandchildren close by had nothing to do with our decision. Being from the South, originally, we have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors and the history behind our area. We have lived in Boston for 25 years and love Boston and New England. I have enjoyed decorating and making our suite a delightful haven for traveling guests and my husband is the consummate friendly tour guide, who will gladly tell you what to be sure and see and how best to get there.
