Easy access to downtown, museums, theaters and the Tucson Civic Center. Walk to Campbell Avenue restaurants and shops, including a supermarket. Two bus lines within a three block radius. Guest and main house have many green features including photovoltaic solar panels, tankless on-demand hot water, graywater recycling and xeriscaping. Owner lives next door and is a 20-year Tucson resident who provides area information and orientation when requested.
