Beautiful state of the art kitchen. 10 flat screen TV’s. Beautiful second and third level decks overlooking the town of Surf City. Washer/Dryer (2 sets) Fireplaces (3) on every level. Ceramic tile throughout. Brand new furniture and appliances. 5 Blue-ray players, Play station and X-Box. Roof top deck with Hot Tub overlooking the bay and ocean, outdoor shower, garage, and central air- seperate controls on every floor. Private yard, 6 off street parking spaces. Can walk to all stores and activities-never need to drive your car. Right over the bridge in the quiet part of Surf City for easy on /off access. Comes with all sheets, comforters, towels, pots, dishes and everything you will need for the entire vacation. Our change service will wash the sheets and towels, clean and fold the sheets on the bed for the next tenant.

We rented the house for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids enjoyed playing ping pong. Jim was very nice to work with and extremely accommodating. We were sorry to see our stay end!

Great House! Great Location!

This house was huge and in pristine condition. We had 20 family members, including 11 children. With 3 floors, two main family rooms, two kitchens and lots of outdoor space, there was plenty of room to spend time together as a family, but enough space if you needed to find a quiet spot. It was comfortable and well furnished both inside and out. The hot tub was a big hit with great views all around. The location was convenient to the beach as well as many shops. Jim was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house to anyone.

Great For the Family!

My family and I stayed here last summer. We really enjoyed ourselves, and wanted to come back every year. The owner, Jim, is amazing to work with. Everything is beautiful and worry free. Linens were provided for us, there was even a cleaning service that came in! We felt like everything was taken care of, and we were able to REALLY enjoy our vacation. Thank you, Jim!

WOW, this house is incredible...very big and beautiful inside and out. There is everything you would need plus more at this house!! We really enjoyed our stay very much. Family reunion

We highly recommend this house for family reunions...beautiful, spacious, loads of gathering spots....we had 23 family members and never felt "underfoot". the location is perfect for walking to the beach, nearby shopping or just hanging out on one of the balconies to watch the sights. Plenty of outdoor furniture and many levels to find just the right spot to enjoy the weather. The owner is awesome to work with...very accommodating and open to suggestions as to how to continue to improve his guest's vacation. We hope to make this our yearly gathering spot!
