The huge lounge ,which opens onto the balcony, offers a queen sofa-bed, TV with movies on demand, internet access and dining area accommodating 6/8 people.Two further double bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom and large wardrobe space. The Caribe Cove Resort boasts a 24 hr clubhouse, giving access to a 24hr gym,shop,and front desk.   • There is a standard charge for cleaning the apartment/suite of $74 or £38 payable to the Front Desk on arrival.
    We, the owners, are British and, therefore are aware of school holidays and how they can differ from one authority to another. With this in mind we have used a broad date period which may benefit you and your family.
    We have used a standard rate during half term breaks as these also differ from one authority to the next.
    We will supply an additional professionally produced brochure with a firm booking. Instead of the usual two or three lines of information and a photocopied map! we will include local routes and advice on local amenities and photographs to whet your delight.
    The 24 hour security and Front Desk give you extra peace of mind for both yourselves and your property.
    There is also ample parking space for even the largest of vehicles.
  • Personal treatment of our guests, both in the U.K. and abroad is very important to us. We won't let you down.

  • The master bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom, with above average cupboard space and surface to ceiling mirrors. There is a large corner-bath and extra large walk-in shower area. The WC is located in its own room and there is a ceiling to floor towel store, providing ample towels including pool towels. The family bathroom is en-suite to the second bedroom, but has a second entrance from the hallway which enters the third bedroom. There is a separate shower cubicle and a bath and a towel store.

A cot is stored in the No 1. walk-in. There is cable TV and DVD. Bedroom 2. has a private balcony with lakeside view and is en-suite. There is cable TV. Bedroom 3. has large wardrobes and immediate access to the family bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can easily be extended and allows additional guest accommodation. There are cupboards and drawers offering easy storage. All the bedrooms are tastefully carpeted and lead into the lounge suite.

Notes: Maid service is available on request but would normally only service the suite before and after arrivals and departures. There is an extra size washing machine and a dryer in the en-suite laundry room, located next to the kitchen.; this also houses the hoover and ironing equipment. The laundry is a significant luxury, particularly for guests with children or for guests who like to leave space in their cases for Florida shopping! Movies on demand helps to keep all the family happy, especially if you are babysitting! There is spare bedding in the walk-in wardrobes and the Front Desk will be happy to accommodate extra needs. The covered terrace, by the pool is ideal for any guests who prefer to spend some time in the shade, but can still keep an eye on the pool. The covered balconies are an added feature, ensuring the apartment villa is insect free, giving parents of young children total peace of mind and also allowing you a pest free relaxation time on the terrace. My family and I had a wonderful time staying in the condo. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I'm already thinking of renting this place again next year. I've also recommended it to all of my friends.

An Ideal Location and Superb Accommodation

Having holidayed many times in the Orlando area we think Caribe Cove is among one of top holiday resorts we have stayed at. The location was convenient for the Disney parks and the apartment offered a clean, spacious and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. It felt like a real home from home.

The complex was extremely well maintained and it felt safe and secure for the children. All the staff were helpful and pleasant.

From the first contact with the owners to closing the door on the final day we were delighted the service we received, it really made our holiday.

we just spend a week at this condo. You cann't beat the price and the quality of the condo. The condo is like a high end hotel room and our family of four had alot of room to spread around. Having free internet access is a big bonus. The owners really went out of their way to help us and address all our questions. Now that's service! We would definitely come back again if we return to Orlando.

We stayed 10 nights with my family in this spectacular condo and I’ve already recommend it to all my friends.

This condo is a dream, spacious, comfortable, really quiet, very clean, well equipped, well kept -all as brand new-, and very well located –it is just a few minutes to Disney’s Theme Parks, Downtown Disney and all the main attractions and shops-.

The owners are really nice people, don’t hesitate in giving you any help you need and will answer all your mails on time, in my case they were very helpful and very nice with us.

For sure, next time I’ll go to Orlando I’ll rent this condo again.

Wonderful luxury apartment, spacious, beautifully equipped. Large, comfortable, extremely quiet. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Nice pool, friendly staff. Publix etc. nearby, very convenient if you do your own cooking. Outside seating in lanai. We will definitely come again and had a great time. It was pure perfection. The provided baby bed is very small. A child older than one year will have difficulty fitting in. The high-chair is perfect. Very nice owners.
