Enjoy a family friendly neighborhood and great proximity to Craigville Beach from this Centerville Vacation Home. As you walk into the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area just off of the kitchen which offers seating for the whole family. Continue through the home to find a large living room area with a TV as well as a half bathroom, two bedrooms and a den with TV as well. The Master Suite on the first floor contains a King Size bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin size beds and the den is located just off of the bedroom which offers a door for added privacy. Walk up to the second floor which is located above the garage and features two double beds and another full bathroom. Outside the home you will find four season room, large backyard and gas grill. Great added features inside the home include A/C units, WIFI internet and Cable TV. **Property comes with Parking pass for Craigville Beach!**

Please note additional fees include a $75 Processing Fee, $55 Security Assurance Fee and $120 Cleaning Fee (No Security Deposit Required!!)
