Tucson Studio Rental Photos and Description
Sleeps two adults, comes without full kitchen due to zoning regulation
Our guest suite is located on our three and a half acre property and separated from our main home for complete privacy and quiet. The suite is 700 square feet with 9' ceilings for the living and sleeping areas with a generously sized 3/4 bath, large walk in closet, and a large covered porch. We have free WiFi access. A full kitchen is not available so we cannot allow toaster ovens or hotplates to be put in use due to the lack of range hood and sink facility to do dishes. However we do have indoor and outdoor tables and chairs and disposable plates, glasses, and silverware and ceramic coffee cups, a 4.5 cu ft. refrigerator, coffee maker and grinder with Trader Joe's French roast beans, teas, sodas, and complimentary Chardonnay and Merlot wines from northern California.
Close by we have four fast food places, the best coffee shop for coffee and pastries and a huge gathering spot for bicyclists, an Irish pub, an Italian deli and sandwich place and three dinner restaurants, notably the new Mexican restaurant Rancho Rustico, which is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Tucson.
Traveling to or through Tucson with your horses? Horse boarding for up to three horses is available in our barn with individual inside and outside stalls, automatic watering systems and individual raised feeders, gated common corrals, and a gated common arena. Total arena and corral area is approximately one acre-great for full horse workouts.
An ideal location for visiting gem show buyers or sellers, visiting bicyclists, golfers or anyone wanting to be within a very short distance to dozens of golf courses, the top of Mount Lemon, Sabino Canyon, the Saguaro National Park East, or any of the attractions south and east of town - Colossal Caves, Karchner Caverns, bird watching in Patagonia, or the historic towns of Tombstone and Bisbee Arizona. About Thomas Sweeney
My wife and i have owned our property for nine years. We built the studio/guest house in 2008. I am an oil painter and needed a large studio to do my work and the large guest suite seemed like a natural fit for visiting relatives. For several years we have used home away for our own vacations and so it dawned on us that other people might enjoy our place as much as our relatives have.
Thomas Sweeney purchased this studio in 2004
