Conveniently located 8 minutes from the Gare de Lyon (800 m), 12 minutes from the Bastille district. well served by metro lines 1 and 8 and RER A, near Avenue Daumesnil and its famous green corridor: Suspended 5 km garden. 3 min of Paris Market, opposite the organic store Naturalia.
The owner, if you wish, can give you valuable advice on the neighborhood, bars, restaurants, walks ... but also on other areas of Paris.
The property was situated conveniently for the purpose of my visit to Paris this time: Easy access to/from CDG, Gare de Lyon, and the metro stations. The room was clean and comfortable. Prior to my arrival the owner always gave me quick and clear answers to my questions through e-mails. I never felt stress. On my arrival, the owner’s daughter welcomed us and explained the key tips to stay at the property and its neighborhood. I definitely will come back again and/or recommend this room to a friend. Conveniently located within walking distance from train station Gare De Lyon, this cozy one-bedroom apartment is unbeatable value compared to how expensive Paris can be. From CDG airport, you can get to the train station by taking a shuttle called Les Cars Airfrance for 13.75 euros, purchasable online. The apartment is near the subway station Yellow 1 Line to the Louvre and walking distance to a famous market called Marche Alligre which has fresh produce, meats, cheeses, etc. If you travel to Burgundy or Provence you will use the Gare De Lyon train station which makes this apartment very convenient for regional day trips. The apartment can accommodate up to four people with one bed and a pull-out couch in the living room. It is very clean and equipped with all the necessities, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and a spacious shower. Kheira, the owner, patiently answered all my questions and was a good host. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely stay again next time I am in Paris.
We stayed here just a couple of weeks ago. Clean, well appointed and maintained apartment, close to Metro and Train station, very convenient! Owner was very friendly, accomodating, and welcoming as well. Would stay here again, and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you Kheira!

Idéalement situé, près de la ligne 1 du métro, près du très vivant marché Aligre, dans un quartier de restaurants, de commerces de proximité, c'est donc dans un appartement très calme que nous avons séjourné. Rien ne manque, très bon lit, vaste douche à l'italienne, un bon chauffage electrique (le froid à Paris a surpris mon ami sarde !). Grazie, Kheira per l'accoglienza. Hélène et Mario
L'appartement est très agréable, calme, bien chauffé, confortable et lumineux. Situé à proximité d'une station de métro, de petits commerçants et de bons restaurants, il permet de passer un séjour très agréable dans la capitale.
