This quiet and and very bright apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful 18th century building. The building is secured by a digicode and a intercom. This spacious apartment is newly renovated (Nov 2011). The decoration with beautiful colors and high-quality materials mixes up perfectly with old beams to create a very relaxing atmosphere. The designer who renovated the whole apartment coordinated colors and quality material to create an authentic, warm and frenchy environment. She worked on the harmony between the wood and the light to strengthen the elegance and the character of the property.

This apartment is the property of a Photographer. You will discover her collection of painting and a collection of Paris’s photos which complete the decoration. This apartment is fully equipped Optional Services: Mini Bar

Perfect!!!

This apartment is an exceptional find and lives up to the pictures and description, and then some. The location couldn't be better - just steps from the Montorgueil, on a very pretty and quiet side street. The building is immaculate and very secure, with a nice lift for the 4 flights up, but also a very nice staircase for those that want to walk.

The building and apartment have been updated, but still retain a lot of charm. The bed in the bedroom is huge and very comfortable, and the sofa bed was also large and very good. The bedding was excellent, and they even had very posh towels and robes.

Kitchen and bathroom were both very modern and stylish, with a washer/dryer as well. This felt more like checking into an upscale hotel than renting an apartment. Owner was great to work with and we were greeted very formally with a nice presentation.

I had 2 apartments for the weekend in Paris and my group of 8 all agreed that this one was truly remarkable. We will be back and would be sure to grab this apartment again.

Really a great stay

We are a family of four (2 daughters of 12 and 14) and spent one week in this apartment. Everything was really fine.
The flat is exactly as good as described in the presentation: brand new, well-equipped, clean, comfortable, well-located.
We really appreciated the "feeling-at-home" sensation, we intended to spend a week like "french people" not tourists and this come true. You are downtown Paris, with all kind of shops nearby (Rue Montorgueil), metro at 3 min. walking and in a very quiet and relaxing property (beds very comfortable, too).
Last but not least, when we requested support/information, we got it right away.
We absolutely recommend it and for sure we will be back asap.

Such a cosy nest in the heart of Paris

We did not really want to leave, but duty called. Everything was perfect, location, decoration and amenities. Congratulations to the designer especially for the bedroom's curtains. Beautiful ! We won't forget our short stay in Paris. This place is so close to the Louvre, the river Seine and Notre Dame, it was so nice to be able to walk down the streets. Thank you so much! Daniel.

Great stay

Our 3 nights here were more than we expected - the apt, location was perfect - we couldn't have asked for anything more ! The interior was decorated with such tought + detail. It really did feel like home ! The neighborhood was lively & we were able to walk to all the major sites which was perfect. Thanks.
