This valuable second floor, two bedroom/two bath condo is located at The Esprit. The condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and convertible sofa in the living room. For enjoyment it includes two TVs, a stereo, and a VCR. For your convenience it also includes a washer/dryer. Outdoors it has its own balcony with BBQ. Western exposure and views of the striking mountains. The Esprit has two pools, spas, and tennis courts. It is located in South Palm Springs approximately three miles to downtown and near superb shopping and challenging golf courses.Minimum rental: 1 month; No Smoking, No Pets.
