This first floor condo is located in The Esprit. The two bedroom/ two bath condo is furnished Contemporary. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. For entertainment it includes three TVs, a Stereo, and a DVD player. For your convenience it also includes a washer/dryer. Indoors it has tiled floors throughout the main areas and carpeted bedrooms. Outdoors it has a BBQ and is located near the pool with southeast exposure. The amenities of the Esprit include common area pools, spas, and tennis. The Esprit is located in South Palm Springs approximately three miles from downtown that is near extravagant shopping and emerald golf courses. Minimum rental: 1 month; No Smoking, Small Dog OK.
