Unit A has two bedrooms, two baths plus an additional den with a full size bed. This tastefully decorated ground-floor apartment has 1,200 square feet of living space and will comfortably sleep up to eight people.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, nice furnishings and a plasma TV. Between the living room and the kitchen is the dining room with table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and opens up on the pool deck. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin size beds and a plasma TV. The den is equipped with a full bed.
Local phone calls are free. *Wifi available for $ 15 a day, fee will be waived if guests fill up a survey.*. Washer and dryer operating with coins are available in the building. The unit has a safe to store valuable effects.
Cleaning service is available for a small fee.This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.
