2 bedroom 1.5 bath, Sleeps 4 to 6 (1 sofa sleeper)

The Gros Ventre ( say grow vaunt!) is perfectly placed in the heart of Teton Village, just a 5 min walk to the Gondola, Tram and Moose Creek chair lift. Not a ski in and ski out, but as close as one can get in this price point in all of Teton Village. There are several other condo buildings clustered in this area such as Nez Perce, Rendezvous and Sleeping Indian condo buildings, this unit is directly adjacent to the Sundance Swim and Tennis Center which guests have access to for Jacuzzis and a heated pool. There is also a complimentary skier shuttle that runs to and from these condos to the main base area.

There is an outdoor common BBQ area overlooking the Sleeping Indian (incredible view of an 11,000 ft mountain to the East).

This unit is a top floor condo of nearly 800 sq ft with bright and sunny east facing living/kitchen area. It also has a ski locker for less clutter in the unit. There is a wonderful antique wood stove from Scotland and firewood to warm this ski getaway. The unit was recently remodeled to include all new track lighting, interior pant, new counter tops and all new appliances. New couches, and chairs as well as new beds and dining table and chairs. Designer comforters and pillow cases round out the interior decorating.

This unit is professionally managed by Apex Real Estate and Property Management, meaning a renter has the knowledge that it is in good working order and professionally cleaned. Apex offers a Property Manager that can be reached during regular business hours for questions or concerns and has a 24 hr emergency response as well.

The check in procedure has been streamlined so there is no need for guests to waste time at an office to check in, rather you are free to go directly to the unit and begin your vacation.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Admin clean fee of $140 and 10 % tax for each rental
  • BOOKING PROCEDURE: Once renter and agent agree on terms the first step is to provide deposit (see below for cancellation details). After the deposit is collected Agent will send renter a lease containing; reciept of deposit, check in and out procedures, rules and regs, all rents and fees. Renter will then return lease with valid identification and provide credit card for security deposit. At this time we will have an agreement and renter will receive full welcome packet with local activities, local dining guide, contacts, emergency procedures.

    A valid credit card and copy of drivers license is needed prior to arrival. This will be taken as a security deposit. The credit card will be charged 30 days in advance automatically if a check is not received by then.

    There will be a 3% transaction fee for Visa and Mastercard charges and a 4% fee for American Express or Discover. This will be added during checkout

Fantastic location and very clean.

The location of the unit was just perfect for our trip. It was a quick walk to the village for dinner, a short drive into Jackson or to the Park. The fall colors where in full change. There was lots of wildlife in and around the village.

The unit itself is clean and well maintained. If made for a very comfortable place to relax and regroup in the evening. The access to the pool was a big bonus for soaking after hiking/biking. The kitchen was awesome with the new appliances it made cooking and dishes a breeze.

Looking forward to coming back during the ski season and staying here again.

Teton Village is great place to visit with lots to do all in walking distance from this condo. This condo was home base for my girlfriend and I for 10 days while on a ski trip back in March. We loved it! As you can see from the photos this place was recently remodeled and is beautiful. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were super clean and comfortable. The new sofa, TV, and rustic wood stove made for some relaxing evenings after skiing the resort, pass, and park. The condo is around back on the valley side of the building away from the parking lot and all the people coming and going which was key. Good view of Sleeping Indian and the Gros Ventres as well.

Stay here you will love it too!

Perfect vacation

We had such a great time staying in this condo for a ski vacation last winter. The location was ideal because it was close to the lifts and the cross-country ski center with the hot tubs and pool practically in the backyard. Also, the top floor location meant that noise from neighbors was nonexistent and there were great views from all windows.

The furniture all seemed brand new and everything was super clean. Kitchen appliances were also new and easy to use, with a nice big refrigerator. Being able to do laundry in the condo was a huge plus (with all the airline fees these days, it is nice to know you can pack light and wash your clothes while on vacation!). The wireless and TV worked flawlessly.

All in all, the comfort and easiness of the experience made it feel like we were staying in a hotel, but with the huge bonuses of our own kitchen and laundry and lots of extra space for our ski gear. I plan to stay here again.

Beautifully updated condo

This was a great place to stay for a ski trip this winter, and I would love to return in the summer! Everything felt new and extremely clean with great kitchen appliances and the luxury of doing laundry right in the condo.

It makes a huge difference to stay right in Teton Village when you come to ski at JHMR and this condo is an easy walk to the lifts, restaurants, bars, and the cross-country ski facilities. Being on the top floor of the building provided access to great views and made it feel so private because you couldn't hear any neighbors.

We also got to enjoy the hot tubs and pool just down the street. This place definitely felt like a great vacation get-away.

Great deal for Teton Village and located 5 minutes from the lifts and stores. The washer dryer made life easy. The views were great. I loved the real fireplace that kept the place warm. With the kitchen I was able to save some money and not go out for every meal. The location and price of this condo are tough to beat. I dig this place on so many levels and will be going back to it in the summer.
