For enjoyment this condo includes three TVs, a stereo system, DVD player, and a fireplace. Indoors it has high vaulted ceilings and a convenient washer/dryer. Outdoors there is a two-car garage, a private patio with a BBQ and southern exposure for stunning views of the mountains. Canyon Sands has common area pools, spas, tennis, and is approximately 3 miles from downtown Palm Springs. The condo has High Speed Internet access and Free Long Distance USA, Canada & Mexico. Minimum rental: 2 weeks; No Smoking, No Pets.
