House, 6 Bedrooms, 9.5 Baths, (Sleeps 13-20) Elevator to beach level

Patterson's 3 individual beach front homes are 4 stories, 6 bedrooms, and 9-1/2 baths. Each house features (3 beach front suites) a his and her private dressing room with full legnth mirror and bath. Her bath has a whirlpool tub with rainhead shower. His bath has a walk-in shower . Each suite has a private balcony facing the water, also a 42' flat screen over the wood burning fireplace with wood box. The suite has a wetbar with mini-fridge and coffee maker (see pics for more features). The grand room is on the top floor (fifth level) with living room and dining room that sits in excess of 40 people.

The 5th level offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen: Refrigerator with ice maker, double ovens, jenn-aire surface unit, large pantry with additional refrigerator,microwave, 2 coffee makers, half bath, laundry room, and more. The living area has 3 sofas facing the 42' flat screen t.v. above wood burning fireplace. Game table adjoins wet bar. The deck overlooks the ocean.

The 4th level offers one beach front suite and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a king pillow top bed with a full bath and flatscreen tv. The other bedroom features twin beds with a full bath and flatscreen t.v. (See pics)

The 3rd level offers one beach front suite and a two car garage.

The 2nd level offers one beachfront suite and a bunkroom with 3 twin beds and full bath with flatscreen tv.

1st level is Beach level

Elevator and spiral stairs opens to all 5 levels including the beach level.

We have stayed at a number of vacation rentals over the years and this one stands alone in it's ability to accommodate a large group. A lot of thought was obviously given to building a house that would accommodate a lot of people comfortably. Mark was a very gracious host and went out of his way to make our stay one of the best. The location was perfect for our group as it is right on the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This is our second time to stay at the Patterson Home and we love it. We had 5 other couples us and we each had our own private area as well as a great room that we could all be togother in. Perfect view of the beach and very convienent to everything.
