Nous en sommes à notre troisième séjour de 5 mois au Stanza Mare et pour la première fois en trois ans, nous avons été très gâté par notre nouveau représentant du propriétaire qui sont Linda et Vincente Rivera qui nous ont fourni un appartement super propre conforme à la description ci jointe. Le site est très bien entretenu, autant les aires autour de la piscine que les passages et les escaliers menant à nos appartements. Il y a des chaises avec coussins autant autour de la piscine que sur la plage qui sont très appréciés par tous les résidents. L'ajout d'un nouveau restaurant, qui en passant est excellent autant au point de vue nourriture que personnel, et bar sur la plage est un plus pour le site. De plus, le site du Stanza Mare est à proximité de plusieurs autres restaurants, d'une épicerie, d'une boulangerie, pharmacie, tout cela à quelque pas du site, donc pas d'auto nécessaire. Les transports en commun sont facilement utilisable et à prix minime pour aller magasiner un peu plus loin.
Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que nous avons décidé de retourner l'an prochain.

My wife and I stayed at this condo for one week. It was above our expectations, very well decorated, fully furnished and a great view of the beach from the patio. Linda and Vicente Rivera are super host,from the airport pick-up to being so informative about the area and do a fantistic job hosting this condo. The condo was very clean and all appliances and kitchen utensils were good. We walked were we wanted to go, grocery store was only a short distance, beach and restaurant, we felt very safe. The cafe at Stanza Mare was good and the price was good. We have visited the Dominican Republic many times and this was by far the best and most enjoyable time we have ever had. I would diffentially recommend this condo. It is not an all-inclusive, but with Linda and Vicente as your host that is all you need. The white sand of the beach is beautiful and the water is blue. The are several activities and things to do, such as tours of the country, scuba diving, speed boats, shopping. Had a great time and will be back soon! Mike & Connie
