Estepona Coast - New Golden Mile Apartment Rental Photos and Description

A self-catering first floor 5* apartment ideal for families couples and golfers

El Retiro is a luxury 5 star apartment which offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment sleeps 4 . Marble floor throughout apartment. Its situated 5 minutes from the N340 between Puerto Banus and Estepona which gives easy access to the whole of the Costa Del Sol. It's within walking distance to the village of Cancelada. This apartment would appeal to families, golfers and couples. The apartment is South facing and the complex boasts beautiful landscaped gardens and communal pool.

Beaches: Estepona Beach has a fabulous play area for children, its huge and runs all along the sea front. There's lots of seating for the adults and the floor is sponge tiled so you feel its as safe as it can be! It's about a 10 minutes drive from the apartment.

Costalita Beach (nearest beach to apartment) is a beautiful sandy beach it's only a short 5 minute drive (10 minute walk), suitable for couples and families, plenty of parking, sunbeds and parasols available to hire.

Laguna Village & Puro Beach Club (front line beach). A 5* newly built complex of designer shops & high class restaurants. The beach club seems to be the cool hangout, offering the height of luxury set with in a tranquil setting during the day, its like its own little piece of heaven & transforms into a hot spot for the young & trendy in the evening. Unfortunately this is isn't the ideal venue for us as we have young children, but if you can get childcare its well worth a visit!

Children's Entertainment + Water Parks: Selwo Estepona is fantastic, well worth a visit. It's a 10 minutes drive. In all, Selwo provides a unique and fantastic experience for the whole family. It is not a zoo ! The animals are genuinely in almost natural habitats with sympathetic borders between them and the public.

Funny Beach, for those who love the amusement, speed and adrenaline!

Go Karts for adults and children over 6, Trampolines for the less adventurous, Bumper Boats, Video Games, Electric Bikes and Cars, Pools and lots of Childrens Rides! This is a fantastic day out, well worth the visit!

A holiday in Marbella is not complete until you've visited at least one of its famous waterparks!

Aqualand (Torremolinos) Water Park.

Aqualand Torremolinos is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, conveniently located just 10 minutes from the town centre & is a great day out for all the familly!

Golfers: Los Flamingos is closely to the apartment, it offers you one of the very best golfing experiences on the Costa del Sol with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Africa and Gibraltar. The 'Arroyo del Traje' stream passes through the Flamingos Golf Course forming part of the grounds of the Tuscan Pallazo, bordering the natural lake. Each of the 18 holes on the course offer their own individuality. It is a technically demanding and exciting course.

This is only one of the excellent golf courses to be found in the area.

Also 5 minutes walk from the apartment is Bel Air Tennis Club. You can hire a court or receive expert coaching.

Romantic Getaway

By far one of my favourite holidays, The apartmnent was a little bit of luxury! Very tastefully decorated, easily the nicest one i've stayed in.
We booked four nights but i could have done with a week. Perfect for a romantic getaway, lazy days by the pool, cocktails on the balcony and not too far to travel for a great night out and fantastic food. We met some lovely people, theres is something for everybody. We will definitely be returning, only for longer next time!

Beautiful apartment. Tastefully furnished and very well equipped in comparison with others I have stayed in. Even a bottle of wine in the fridge on our arrival! Close to Puerto Banus, yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Local transport was easily accessible so no need for a car!! Golf, restaurants, beach, pools, sunshine, and if you're prepared to go a little further afield, some wonderful sightseeing. Everything you could ask for to make a very enjoyable break. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be booking again, thank you so much Teresa.

Perfect Holiday

This apartment is clean, spacious, modern and well located. We stayed here for 2 weeks and thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was easy to find because of the directions provided by Teresa and the list of restaurants and attractions was put to good use.

The view from the balcony was lovely and we also had two sun loungers where we could relax and read a book peacefully with privacy.

The apartment was only a ten minute drive from Puerto Banus which was great as it has some beautiful restaurants and the port is lovely.

If we couldn't be bothered getting dressed up to go out, then we had the Supermarket Mercadona which was one street away from the apartment where we were able to buy in supplies. There was also a little deli next to the supermarket which we made great use of for lunch.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and have booked up to go back in the summer.

Lovely apartment

We were delighted with the quality of the facilities, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all we needed to make our stay a happy one. The balcony was in shade first thing in the morning which made for very pleasant breakfasts al fresco as the temperatures were pretty high. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the complex was very secure with electric gates. We felt a hire car was essential to make the most of the Costa. Drive time from Malaga airport was 45 minutes and was a very straightforward trip thanks to the directions given to us in advance by Teresa! I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a delightful holiday.

Perfect for families

The apartment was of the highest standard and the complex is lovely.
We would definitely recommend this apartment as every detail was looked after (even fresh milk in the fridge for your arrival!)

This is perfect for families with children as all aparments face the pool and its a gated development so they can run around and be safe.

Very young children would need the balcony child proofing however.

Will definitely be back.
