La Béate is a modest, yet color-filled privately situated villa overlooking the channel between St. Kitts and Nevis. The spectacular view from the large verandah captures a panorama of colors and features magnificent sunsets.

The villa is approximately a 5-7 minute walk to Oualie Beach on Nevis' northwest side. The site provides an excellent location for the natural ventilation of the trade winds. The large lawn and garden provide privacy, and the pool (located below and directly in front of the verandah) has a partially covered terrace for poolside sunning, dining or lounging.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, La Beate is an ideal spot for families (children over 10, please) who are looking for value and convenience.

Security Deposit is $500.00.
