Welcome home. Our “House of Mouse” villa is fully equipped with all the amenities of a hotel, but the comfort of your own home. Located just minutes from Disney’s front gate, it is perfect for the family vacation or golf getaway. Champions Gate Shopping Center has a food store, fast food, restaurants and convenience stores all within a three minute drive. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths, sleeps 10. This includes two master bedroom suites with their own private bathrooms. The other bedrooms have two twin size beds in each.

Enjoy a swim in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub are fully enclosed by a screened in lanai. There is a full safety fence around the perimeter for those with small children.

Looking for great indoor fun? We have a games room, which includes a pool table, foosball and darts. Also available are board games, movies, books and free wi-fi.

When bringing young children, you won’t have to pack as heavy. The house is equipped with an umbrella stroller, two highchairs, a bed guard, a crib, a monitor and plastic dinnerware for children, which are all complimentary.

Perfect Home for a Perfect Family Vacation

We arrived after a long road trip to a very spacious and clean home. Perfect temperature, perfect pool, perfect everything! The home is beautifully decorated and the pool was clean and inviting. Very close to parks and shopping, it made for a wonderful vacation. We stayed for two weeks and then came back in November for another week. With a mixture of 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a 4yr old toddler, and a newborn, this villa had everything we needed!! The owners couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with and we plan on trying to rent this villa for all of our family vacations!!

Hi, we had a wonderful time, close to food shopping, close to all the Disney parks and interstate 4. There was plenty of room, 4 large size bedrooms, 3 full baths and more. I have and will continue to recommend your place to friends and relatives. The only negative was we couldn't have stayed an extra week. Thank you, Vinny/Joann and family.

A Terrific Family Retreat, Super Close to Disney!

A very spacious and spotlessly clean vacation home ideal for large families. The kids and adults loved the pool. As other reviewers have noted, the owners have put lots of thought into providing a family atmosphere from the fun games room to providing a DVD movie selection.

Minutes away from two large supermarkets and other neighborhood convenience shopping as well as several restaurants. Even our one late night pizza delivery was super fast and arrived piping hot!

Communication with the owners, Kate and Jeff was fast, efficient and problem free. This is not our first vacation home rental but it was certainly among the best. We would have no hesitation recommending this rental to family and friends for a super location, a quiet neighborhood, cleanliness, great value for money and more space than you probably will need. One amazing place to come home to after a long day of shopping or taking in all the Orlando attractions.

When we return to Orlando, this will be our first choice of a vacation rental home from now on.

Wow, what a great first experience! We were really pleased with the smooth communication and patience with our first villa experience. The location was great and it was good to arrive to a cool clean house after a road trip. The kids loved the pool and the game room. We could tell a lot of detail was put into making this a home away from home, when we forgot to purchase salt and pepper but found some in the pantry :). We really enjoyed this villa and appreciated the thought put into making it easy to find restaurants and stores within the area. Thanks so much!

Great home away from home at a great price!!!!!

The stay at Jeff and Kate's villa was everything we had hoped it to be. The house was huge..... all of the amenities were great. The house was right down the street from a Publix, McDonald's, Walgreens, gas stations, and more. Only five minutes to Disney and about twenty minutes to Universal. Also about twenty minutes to Legoland. The home was very clean and the pool was nice. Definitely will stay again when coming back to Florida. Thanks guys for the beautiful home and great communication.
