This unit has a queen size bed sleeps 2

This is a 1910 Craftsman Mansion that has been converted to singles and totally restored the building has a wonderful landscaping, the unit is in the front of the building on the ground level includes parking, wi-fi and flat sceen tv with full cable service has beautiful mahagony trim and built - ins, hardwood floors and AC, shower bath, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, mini soaps. weekly towel and linen replacement service. Wonderful green space outside with big front porch.works well for people in a walker (No Stairs) I also have 2 other listing here on homeaway, a single upstairs in the same building and a stand alone single in the house 2 doors down the street Full security building. Complimentary bottle of California wine & Bottled water

Walk to Hollywood Blvd!: From hollywood blvd you can take a bus or the metro (2 universal studios) the bus will take you to hollywood and highland, the walk of fame and all the sights hollywood offers, if you take the bus down santa monica blvd you can go to the beach and pier. Many different styles of food are available at the end of the block. 101 fwy is 2 blocks away.

Walk up to Franklin!: If you go right on Franklin ave you can walk to AFI College and Griffith park/ fern dell section, hiking trails etc. If walk to the left down franklin 2 blocks you will come to Gelson's Mkt, coffee shops and many outside cafes. This is a great area from walking and with in view of the Hollywood sign.

We could not have asked for a more perfect location. Beautiful mature landscaping, off street parking, and a comfortable space to rest from our weekend adventures. Truly walking distance from the heart of Hollywood. I cannot stress enough how friendly and available our hosts were. Thank you guys again! See ya next time, Eric & Monica

Don't stay in a crusty hotel! This room is the same price as the hotels in the surrounding area but offers so much more. Instead of a old bed, sleep on a huge queen size puffy cloud, watching a flat screen tv with 300 channels in a huge Hollywood house with years of character. Write your screenplay while drinking the complementary bottle of wine. Then take a short walk or subway ride into the heart of hollywood. The landlords are chill and make you feel instantly at home. Awesome stay.
