The apartment was perfect! It was exactly as described. Very clean and plenty of linens. The neighborhood was very nice and we were comfortable walking around with our small children. The subway was a few blocks away and we were able to roam around the city with ease. I will be staying here again on our next trip.

Great Experience

Great Experience. The apartment and neighborhood were as described. Clean, quiet and convenient. Lot's of convenient neighborhood shops on Broadway (1+ block) including pharmacy and market, easy access to subway.

Recommended for: Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Upper west side gem!

We stayed here during the Canadian Family day weekend with our friends. 4 adults, 3 kids. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located in a very safe area. Close to Central Park, and a quick subway ride to Times Square and downtown. Our host Jitu was very accommodating, allowing us to checkin early and checkout late.
I would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely apartment. Close to everything

Great place to crash after long days spent sightseeing around the city. Very close to major subway line, supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Central Park. Had no issues during our stay beds were comfortable and clean. One bathroom was very small but suitable for our needs, glad we had two baths between the four of us. Kitchen was small but very well equipted with supplies. We just ate breakfast there anyway. Having laundry facilities in the apartment was a nice bonus. We felt very safe in this area of the city. Check in and check out was easy and quick. I only gave 4 stars because we found broken glass and leftover foods in the fridge along with some random clothing in the closets, not a big deal however with the cleaning fee charged I would expect those things to be cleaned up before new people arrive. Overall nice apartment

Fantastic Apartment in Upper West Side

We were a party of 4 adults who rented this apartment for 4 days prior to leaving on a cruise from Manhattan. The property manager, Niahmiah, met us at the apartment and was very friendly and professional. He showed us around the apartment and explained how to operate the appliances and TV. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for and the description and photos were very accurate. It was very clean and furnished with nice furniture and appliances. The crown molding throughout the apartment was an extra nice touch. Everything was first class and the beds were absolutely the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The Upper West Side location was perfect in every way. It was close to the subway, bus, grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants were nearby. We had everything we needed, plus the quietness of a residential neighborhood. There is an outdoor patio with a canopy over it and nice wicker furnishings. This was an extra special touch for us as we enjoyed sitting out and having our coffee in the mornings. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment and would highly recommend this property to others. Thanks Dean and Niahmiah for making this portion of our vacation so enjoyable.
