great summer rental

Our family rented this house for the month of August and can't say enough nice things about the house, the property, and the owners. It is a beautifully decorated home with a great flow, a well maintained pool and gated back yard, and lovely grounds. Above all, the owners are very friendly and quick to help with any minor issue. They were also kind enough to allow us to bring our dog, which made our kids very happy. It is centrally located and just a wonderful respite. We were totally delighted with our stay and will come again.

A definite MUST if you're looking for a Hamptons rental between East Hampton and SAG. The house is a great size, well appointed and the owner extremely helpful. The garden and the pool area is extremely well kept. It's in a quiet location so you wont be disturbed however close enough to jump on your bike and ride into the village. I'd htoroughly recommend a stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful three night stay in this extremely well appointed and immaculately presented home. The location between East Hampton and Sag Harbor is extremely convenient - close to the restaurants and shops of both. The house had everything we needed, and we cannot recommend it more highly. We look forward to another stay there in the future.

The house is comfy, clean, and well decorated. It really feels like home, and the pool and the outdoor area are clean (With a small outdoor shower, which I found it super lovely.) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A few friends and I had a wonderful stay here over the holiday weekend. The house is impeccably designed from room to room with great detail. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook, and the house had just about everything we needed for a lovely weekend in the Hamptons. I'd absolutely come back for another stay, and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in a central located, beautifully designed home!
