This secure and private modern home is hidden behind a privacy fence. Inside you enter into a decked home with walls of glass, marble floors,three bedrooms ,two baths. Beamed soaring ceilings give the open feeling with lots of light. All the rooms look out to private gardens and courtyards. New kitchen and baths give you all of todays modern convieniences. Fully furnished with dsl, cable,etc. Walk to the Village of coconut Grove or to the Bay at the end of the street. If you have a canoe throw it in at the end of the street and go for a wonderful outing on the Bay. Washer and dryer inside. Cental air and heat.

Coconut Grove's small village quality presents an ideal location for outdoor festivals and events. You may picnic on the grounds of the Barnacle Historic State Park, events throughout downtown Grove go on all year round. The Grove is known for its many and varied restaurants and open air cafes. One can also choose from among a number of ice cream, yogurt, smoothie and gelato shops.

Shopping is also abundant in the Grove, with two large open-air malls, CocoWalk, Streets of Mayfair, and many other street shops and boutiques.

Walk to the Bay at the end of the street and watch the sun gleam off the waves. This home is located in a very eclectic winding drive in the South Grove walking distance to the Village of Coconut Grove (less then one mile).

The yacht clubs and sailing clubs are 5 minutes away. The marina at Dinner key offers sail boats for lease as well as motor boats.

Golf: Google the Biltmore Golf course and Granada Golf Course for the closest courses. Just 15 minutes away you also have the Key Biscayne Golf Course.

Gorgeous house but needs someone to look out for maintenance

The house is absolutely gorgeous - full of light and the main bathroom with full glass view of the private garden is to die for. Kitchen is updated and marble throughout the main area is beautiful.

The house is impressive but is currently not quite prepared for guests.
We were surprised to find a very dirty grill with no propane gas (why bother promote it then?), soiled microwave and dirty mirrors.The DVD did not work and the heater (yes, we had 40 degree nights) had to be activated during our stay. Too bad the heater did not work in all rooms..
I consider myself a seasoned VRBO user, having rented more than 3 times from this site. Usually, it is common place to find basic cleaning items and kitchen utensils available for use (sponges, garbage bags, cleaning spray, wine opener). Not at this place - we had to pretty much go out and purchase every item we needed.

Would I go there again? Yes, but I would have a detailed check list to review with the people responsible. The lady managers were quite friendly but off on vacation, and the owner did not seem too happy to have his end of year period interrupted.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: I'm sorry you didn't express your concerns when our manager walked through the property with you. We had cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.We stock each rental with soap,shampoo,conditioner and clean linens. We have central air and heat. We try to provideall our guest with a clean and comfortable home. It clearly states that the BBQ is the responsibility of the tenant to clean when they leave. Since we had a one day turn around that might of been overlooked as well as the microwave. We will certainly address all issues and Thank You for bringng them to our attention.

We found this 3 bedroom House to be exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location, fully renovated, with modern appliances and flat panel TV's. It was well decorated and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
