This luxury home was recently renovated inside and out and everything is just like new. If you are looking for a place to call home during your vacation this one has it all.
A private pool with no rear neighbors and the decks of the houses on either side cannot be seen from our pool deck. It is one of the most private pools in Southern Dunes. The solar heating makes sure the water is perfect for most of the year. Electric heat is available for the cooler months. The attached hot tub is a perfect way to end your day and unwind.
The home features 2200 sq feet of living space with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. The Master bedroom comes with a King size bed, 32 inch TV and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. From this room you can walk directly out onto the pool deck and slip into the hot tub. The front bedroom has a Queen size bed with easy access across the hall to the bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 is upstairs and overlooks the golf course and pool. It includes a Queen bed and 32 inch TV. The other two bedrooms on the upper floor have 2 single beds and TVs in each. All three rooms share a bathroom that has a shower and tub.
We have furnished the pool area as an extra outside living room. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and lots of luxury loungers and armchairs. A safety fence has been added to protect the little ones. You will be looking over the golf course and directly at the 18th Tee Box.
During the day the sun is on the pool from early morning until late evening. It is perfect for sunbathing. If you need to escape the sun yet want to stay outside there is a large covered area steps from the pool.
During the evening the privacy of the pool and hot tub really stand out. No rear neighbors means there are no lights from other homes blocking your view of the night sky and the stars.
The Living Room has leather furniture and a 46 inch TV with DVD player, WII and Ipod speakers.
There is a separate Formal Dining room with seating for 6.
The fully-equipped kitchen with seating for 4 and new stainless steel appliances and separate laundry room make life that much more pleasant when you have to make the effort to cook or do some laundry.
There is unlimited high-speed Internet access for your laptop or other personal devices.
You can make free local and long distance phone calls (Canada and US) from the house phone.
The Clubhouse is only a 5 minute walk where you can enjoy an excellent restaurant & bar. The golf course is one of the finest and most affordable in Florida. There are at least 10 other courses nearby for the golfer in the family.
This is a luxury privately owned vacation home, near the attractions of Disney and Orlando but away from the hectic rush of Kissimmee. It is perfect for those who want a quiet peaceful vacation. All the furnishings and equipment are new and top quality.
