The perfect combination of natural beauty and modern amenities defines the home known as “Pelekia Iki” located on Bathtub Beach on Oahu, Hawaii’s pretigous North Shore. Bathtub Beach is unique for its geography. It features a pristine sand beach that is protected by a system of 3 natural reefs, at low tide. It offers gentile surf and warm, calm ocean water heated by the sun. Snorkeling in and around the Bathtub reef is amazing. The home itself is modern with stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops, and free wireless internet. The home is tastefully furnished and features koa wood accents throughout the house. With a large oceanfront yard and tranquil lanai, come soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breezes!

There is a Queen Bed in the Master Bedroom and a Master Bathroom.

With it's windows and Sliding Glass Door to the deck, it has an

excellent Ocean View. The Second Bedroom has a pair of single beds,

is Oceanside and also has a sliding glass door to the deck and Ocean

View. In the third bedroom, there is again two single beds. The

second bathroom lies between these two bedrooms.

Beautiful Bathtub Beach!

Our family of four was able to enjoy this home for 11 nights. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable, and the space was a blessing, since it rained for most of our trip! The Wifi was wonderful (we ran 3 iPads at once!), and the kitchen worked very well. We appreciated the washer, dryer, and dishwasher too.

We were able to enjoy the use of the kayak and the stand-up paddle board. The house was well set up with lots of dishes, towels, blankets and quilts (which we needed!).

The private deck and the calm protected reef were great assets, and we were very happy in the house.

The manager was very nice, and our security deposit was returned within 48 hours of our arrival home.

Altogether, a lovely vacation in an elegant, private home right on the beach.

I should mention, the house is a bit dilapidated outside due to wind and weather, but the inside of the house and the deck furniture were great. For the price, a great deal, and a beautiful, well-run property. We would love to come back to 'our' home in Laie!

nice quiet vacation spot - good value

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at this property. Overall, we thought it was a good value for the money, as it's right on the water. The views are simply breathtaking. Its a nice, quiet place. We spent most of our time swimming in the ocean right at the house- and we did a lot of strolling on the beach. We had beautiful weather and we enjoyed walking to places. A day at the Polynesian Cultural Center is a must- great entertainment. The house was clean and well appointed with thorough instructions. We found it to be very private and tranquil on the ocean side of the house. Laie is a cute town and perfect for a little R&R. Khristy made us feel right at home and Jason was easy to book with.

Fantastic place, plenty of room, great view and beautiful location.
Really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen appliances are extremely high quality we found it hard not to want to cook.
The bedrooms have great air flow for a nice peaceful night sleep listening to the waves.
The balcony offers a great spot for reading all day and steps away from the ocean pool.
Easy to find and a very short drive to supermarket.
We will definitely be return visitors!!
What a way to spend a nice quiet week in paradise.

The most beautiful spot on the island

This house sits on one of the most beautiful spots on the island- with striking views any time of day. Bathtub Beach is great for swimming, and there is plenty of beach to comb. Nearby Pounders Beach is breathtaking. We enjoyed Laie Point and the general walkability of the town. The house was great- it provided great privacy for our family of 6 and was clean and well maintained, for the most part. We were the first to try the brand new giant fridge. Shamefully, taking the kids to nearby McDonald's for breakfast, and coffee for mom, was a really nice, easy way to start the day. The driveway is a bit complicated, but we didn't spend any time out there! We could not hear the highway or any noise, whatsoever. The leasing agent was great to work with and Khristy, the cleaning gal, did a great job on the ground, and even left us flowers. Mahalo and hope to be back soon!

Want to Live There!

Our family stayed a week in this magnificent house and had a wonderful vacation on the North Shore. This location is directly across from the PCC and BYU. The house is very nice, airy and open with a mild breeze at night. Rooms are spacious, especially the living room where there are several large couches with overstuffed pillows. Bedrooms are pleasant and comfortable. Towels and linens were plentiful.The deck and yard with ocean and mountain views are unbelievable. The kitchen is large enough for a few people to share KP duties and socialize. Our only complaint were constant ants on the counter top and dirty flatware in the drawer when we arrived. Otherwise, we enjoyed our vacation in this exceptional house. We found working with Jason very easy. He was always available to answer questions when we were making our arrangements.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
