We have visited Kiawah many times but this was our first trip with 2 young grandchildren, ages 1 and 2.
We had plenty of room in the living area and the little ones really loved the big screened porch, which was one of the best porches we've had. The lagoon view was so peaceful and the upstairs deck was warm and sunny even when the weather was a bit cool. The upstairs laundry was convenient near the bedrooms.
It was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach ( we often went over to the accessible beach ramp with a double stroller or large beach cart). The cul de sac was quiet with minimal traffic, thus perfect for our circumstances. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and the property manager was helpful when we had a couple small concerns. We had a relaxing enjoyable vacation, even if the weather was a little cool and rainy.
The current photos are great, showing some rooms and features that did not appear in earlier listings. The property was clean, had plenty of towels and blankets, and was stocked with basic paper goods which were really helpful to have on arrival. We would recommend this house to others.
