This Non-Smoking 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd Floor Condo, is situated in East Lake Woodlands, a gated country club community. It is 20 minutes west of Tampa Airport, in Palm Harbor, close to sandy gulf beaches ie Honeymoon Island, Fred Howard Park and Clearwater. The condo is newly furnished and decorated to very high standard and is fully equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. Linen and towels are also provided. There is full internet access available at no extra charge. The heated pool is approx 100 yards from the condo. Local shopping, bars, cinema and other amenities are also within walking distance of the condo and estate. The area boasts two championship 18 hole golf courses.

East Lakes Woodlands Country Club is a private estate and the number 1 in the Tampa - St Petersberg area. It boasts two 18 hole golf courses, tennis club and olympic swimming pool with 24 hour security. Tampa airport is 20 minutes away, Busch Gardens is close in proximity just a 30 minutes drive. Orlando is a 90 minutes drive that hosts the internationally famous Disney World, Sea World and MGM + Universal Studios. It is an ideal setting for a family holiday with top class restaurants of all varieties being plentiful in the area. For those who want to relax by the sea the beautiful white sand gulf beaches are nearby. There are several shopping malls located around the area that will cater for all tastes.

The condo was just as pictured. Very clean and well kept. It had all the conveniences of home. The owners were very easy to do business with. It is very close to shopping; easy access to the beaches and theme parks. It was a perfect choice for our stay. We would definately stay again when we go back to visit family.
