And the best part is you are just minutes from the finest beaches on the California Coast -- 2 minutes to El Matador, El Pescador, and La Piedra and 5 minutes to Broad Beach/Zuma Beach!

This extremely private and peaceful guest house is approximately 500 sq/ft with a full kitchen, bath, walk in closet, queen bed, pull out sofa and LCD TV with full satellite and wifi. There are spectacular sunset, ocean views. You can literally watch the sunset over the ocean and channel islands from your private 500 sq/ft jacuzzi deck.

Perfect Retreat!!!

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Very private and cozy!! We had a couple of issues (mostly due to the season change), however the owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We could not have asked for a more perfect spot!!! We definitely will stay here again! :))
