This home is fully equipped for your stay, including dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Pillows, blankets and linens are provided and beds are freshly made prior to your arrival. Guests need only bring personal hygine items. The cottage overlook's the Thousand Islands Winery's picturesque Heather's Vineyard and have unobstructed views of the St. Lawrence River and Thousand Islands Bridge during your stay. Sliding glass doors from both the dining room and kitchen open onto a large deck and very large, private yard. A sizeable paved parking area allows two to three cars and is surrounded by beautiful built-in flower boxes. Enjoy all of the amenities of the Alexandria Bay and Clayton area, including a community pool at Keewadin State Park, coffee shops, art galleries, unique stores, fitness center, boat tours, museums, kayak and boat rentals, golf courses and a large playground. The Thousand Islands Snowmobile Trail is located on the property.

What To Do:: 1000 island international boat tours, tours of Boldt Castle and Singer Castle, craft shows, a world famous Antique Boat Museum, antique shops, and art museums, boat tours, helicopter rides. There are many fine restaurants in Clayton and Alexandria Bay as well as in Canada. Foxy’s is a small local restaurant with a bar in Fishers Landing only 5 min. away. Fall foliage sightseeing is popular.
The winter brings ice fishing, snowmobiling on the Thousand Islands Snowmobile trail system, hockey, and ice skating. The cottage is 138 miles from Lake Placid and Santas Workshop. Sking is available in Watertown and other areas.
In LaFargeville the CAN AM speedway provides dirt track racing on Saturdays and a one mile go cart track, Aqua Zoo, and Miniture Golf is only 1 mile away from the cottage.
Fishing and Hunting: Fishing and Hunting are popular outdoor activities in the Thousand Islands Area. There are many local fishing Guides and Charters available in Alexandria Bay. World Class Musky, Bass, and Carp fishing is located in the Saint Lawrence River. The Salmon River is located 45 minutes away. The Salmon spawn from Aug - Oct. The Steelhead run from Nov - Jan.
Hunting is available at many NY DEC state lands. Nearby is the French Creek WMA which consists of over 2,000 acres and is only 20 minutes away from the cottage. It has a good populations of deer, turkey, pheasants, and waterfowl.
