Great views of the Gulf and beach from this newly remodeled beach house. Step out from your house onto your 32 foot deck. There are great beach views and large flat panel TVs with Dish network. There are three bedrooms, each with flat panel TVs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third has two twins. The house has two bathrooms. It is within walking distance of restaurants.

Notes: Everything you need to live in the house is provided. This house has an enormous deck spanning 32 feet all across the Gulf side so there is plenty of place to sit and relax. The house sits on a double lot so you actually have a great back yard with a tiki bar and running water/electric. The view is incredible at this beach house. Everything in this house is new in the last 2 years. Each bedroom has a LCD flat panel TV with Cable and the living room has a 50' plasma HDTV. Free Long Distance call. Must be over 30 to rent or be with someone over 30.
