In an area 20. 000 m², all fenced, the house has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, wood stove and pizza oven. Large living room, private waterfall which is 50 meters from the house, extensive gardens, balconies with magnificent view over the mountains and absolute tranquility to the sound of birdsong! The house sleeps up to 15 people.

The site is located in St. Francis Xavier (District of Sao Jose dos Campos), a quiet place to spend pleasant moments with your family through the nature of the Mantiqueira Mountains. It is 5 km from the city center, where you'll find crafts, restaurants, pizzeria, etc..
